"The Doors" was originally released on January 4, 1967 and with songs like "Light My Fire", "Break On Through" and "Back Door Man" it was the springboard to success for the young psychedelic rock band. To this day it is one of the most influential rock albums in music history. Rolling Stone magazine lists it as number 42 of the 500 best albums of all time.
