Building on the success of the Crossroads range, our design team has created a new line of guitars inspired by 1940s/50s US instruments, featuring the craftsmanship of Michael Sanden and Tanglewood’s artisanal team. Each Blackbird model is braced for tight bass and clear high resonance, bound in vintage ivory ABS for a classic look reminiscent of Bakelite. The range includes traditional acoustic and electro-acoustic models with the Tanglewood Premium Plus EQ system. The finish, called “Smokestack Black,” adds to the aesthetic appeal.
